With 26 years in the industry, including roles at FXB, Exhibit London, the Four Seasons, and the Fitzwilliam Hotel, Paul Devoy now leads a 17-strong kitchen team at Clontarf Castle, setting the standard behind Fahrenheit’s double-rosette menus.

Executive Head Chef Paul Devoy takes the best of local artisan produce to design dishes that embrace freshness and ensure quality of flavour, with seasonal menus that showcase the best of Irish produce throughout the year.

Wonderful food - We ate here for my daughter's birthday and the food was excellent. Great service as well, they even wrote "Happy Birthday" in chocolate when they brought out her dessert.

Small portions of exquisitely cooked food - Small portions of exquisitely cooked food. Relatively speaking, quite reasonably priced. Excellent service. This is a 2015-2021 rated restaurant and it certainly deserves it.

Very good food and pleasent staff - We had dinner and daily breakfast in the Fahrenheit Restaurant during our stay. The staff was amazing. We had fun talking with them and they would bring us around to tell us about different foods. It was a very pleasant experience. We hope to go back one day.

Beautiful and delicious food - We did a 3 course dinner and were delighted with the choices. Presentation was perfect and so beautiful we actually took pics of our dishes. Delicious food in a beautiful setting.

First experience of Fine Dining - Myself and my wife had our first fine dining experience here recently for our anniversary meal. Some of the food on the menu was new to us both but All the food was absolutely delicious. We could not fault it in any way. Every single item on our plates was perfection with the presentation as well as the cooking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful who provided top quality service. This made for an absolutely wonderful evening. We will definitely be back here again.
